Terms of Service
The terms for using uncannydevs.com. Plain language, no surprises.
Effective: June 7, 2026
[ NOTICE ]
These terms cover this website. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the UncannyDevs website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms form an agreement between you and Transcend Enterprises LLC, which operates UncannyDevs. They govern the website only — any paid engineering work is governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence for that work.
Using the site
We grant you a limited, revocable license to browse the site for your personal or business purposes. Please don't copy, resell, or build a competing service from our content, and don't scrape, frame, or mirror the site without our written consent.
Acceptable use & monitoring. Don't submit automated or fraudulent form entries, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise abuse or disrupt the site. To enforce this and protect the site against abuse, we monitor request metadata — including IP address and user agent. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
Contact isn't a contract
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation — not an engagement. It doesn't create a contract, retainer, or obligation on either side, and we may choose to respond, not respond, or decline any inquiry.
Real work begins only when we both sign a separate written agreement (a statement of work or master services agreement). Until then, nothing here commits either of us.
What you send us
You keep ownership of whatever you send through the contact form. You grant us a limited license to receive, store, read, and respond to it, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Please don't include other people's personal information, or confidential material or trade secrets, before a confidentiality agreement is in place. The contact form isn't a secure channel for sensitive material.
Our content & portfolio
The site — its software, design, text, graphics, and logos — and the "UncannyDevs" name are owned by Transcend Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable law. Please don't use our trademarks without our consent.
Portfolio work is shown by us. Where work was done for a client, the underlying intellectual property may belong to that client and is shown with permission. Case studies are illustrative — past results don't guarantee similar outcomes for any future project.
As-is & liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is always complete or current. Nothing on the site is professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transcend Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above; continued use of the site means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
